Our partnership with the company Acroni, Slovenia's biggest producer of steel, was launched as part of a crisis communication campaign following media reports of alleged layoffs at the company.
Our initial efforts and subsequent campaigns have been focused on communication with employees, the majority of whom are employed in the production division. In order to obtain the most realistic view of affairs, we launched the partnership by conducting a survey among all employees with the help of focus groups. This formed the basis of the internal communication strategy. Co-operation is now based on strategic corporate consultancy to the management, while Pristop's experts are also included in internal communication groups responsible for implementing the set activities.
