SiOL Cup is an integrated communications platform in a form of futsal tournaments which help our client to communicate with the audience. It is connecting brand coexistence with family past time activities, socializing and aiding the disadvantaged groups.
SiOL Cup was conceived as an unrepeatable concept that brings together fun loving recreational enthusiasts, as well as their families, friends, fans and acquaintances in a relaxed but active leisure time activity. We approached people in their local environment and we gave them the opportunity to participate in a positive story through which we could maintain wholesome communication with them and connect them on a national level to brand development and brand experience. We have managed to attract futsal and football lovers and fans of modern technologies, which are often the default decision-makers on the ICT service purchases in the household. We communicated with the target group through the official SiOL Cup website and social networks (Facebook, Twitter ...). The whole campaign was heavily supported by Marinko Galič and Sašo Udovič who were sports ambassadors of the project.
The Cup was present among people for more than half a year with 12 tournaments in every Slovenian region and the grand final in the capital. It generated a lot of response and acquired more than 1.355.000 views on Facebook (seen 2x by an average Slovenian user), at least half of the Slovenian web users have seen the banner and almost 50.000 users visited the siolpokal.si web page in the first two months.
