The strongest operation on the field of digital marketing in the region
Pristop Group, leading independent communications and consultancy agency network in SE Europe, and the Swiss corporation Goldbach Group, a leading European network for electronic communication solutions, merged their existing digital operations in Slovenia and Croatia in the new regional company Goldbach Adriatic. The cooperation between Pristop Group and Goldbach Group in the newly incorporated company, in which Goldbach Group holds 51 % and Pristop Group 49 %, is based on a strategic partnership within which the two corporations plan joint expansion and business development in digital marketing in the Adriatic region.
The establishment of Goldbach Adriatic has created one of the strongest digital marketing businesses in the SE Europe, which will offer the customers agency services (via Renderspace) as well as other services related to digital media (via Goldbach Audience) and which for the year 2012 plans to achieve aprox EUR 8,5 million of revenue. In the next three years the company plans an explosive growth (to triple the revenues until 2015).
